First impressions

I don't even know how to say these things. Does anyone else? 

I'm two weeks into learning I'm both ADHD and autistic. I started medication five days ago, as a way to confirm the ADHD diagnosis. I can focus in a way I never could before.

I can feel a path opening up. I'm getting ready to embark.
